Welcome to Vee18!vibes App !
These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Vee18 mobile application, owned and operated by SRS Lubes Pvt Ltd, located in New Delhi, India.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Vee18 app, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the app.
2. Use of the App
  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Vee18vibes app.
  • Measuring time and income:  Share with members in family, friends etc and soon we will introduce benefits on watch time of people introduced by you. No Use of Multiple devices to watch videos and evade the App Route and this will lead to disqualification of rewards.
  •  Its single user-account on App on single device.
  • All eligible gifts will be delivered only after confirmation of watch hours on our Admin which would be final and binding on all members & leaders.
  • License: SRS Lubes Pvt Ltd grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to misuse the app, including but not limited to:
    • Engaging in unlawful activities.
    • Uploading or distributing viruses or other harmful software.
    • Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
    • Spamming, phishing, or engaging in other fraudulent activities.
3. User Accounts
  • Account Creation: You may need to create an account to use certain features of the app. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Content
  • User-Generated Content: You must subscribe channel once, like, share, or comment on the videos content through the app.  However, by sharing any content with admin for the app, you grant SRS Lubes Pvt Ltd a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such content.
  • Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload or share content that is offensive, defamatory, obscene, or violates any third-party rights or applicable laws.
  • You may upload your creative videos on website: www.wonderfillindia.com and get additional rewards on likes on your select videos.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the app and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by SRS Lubes Pvt Ltd or its licensors. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without our prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SRS Lubes Pvt Ltd will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
7. Termination
We reserve exclusive right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these terms and conditions or otherwise.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on the app. Your continued use of the app after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
